The Samshield Miss Shield Shadowmatt® Helmet features a longer visor and a customizable frontal band. It offers all the same technical features synonymous with Samshield shadowmatt helmets—better dissipation of the energy produced upon impact, no risk of tipping with violent movements, exceptional ventilation, perfect size adjustment, comfort, and hygiene. Offered in Shadowmatt (anti-scratch matt paint outer).

The outer shell of the Miss Shield is made of a polycarbonate used in high-end motorcycle helmets. The inner shell is made of polystyrene with variable density, which provides superior dissipation of the energy produced on impact. For stability, the internal comfort memory foam ensures a constant thickness over years of use, and the semi-rigid jugular reduces the risks of tipping. A strong clip system allows the comfort foam lining to be removed for washing.

Samshield’s powerful, yet discreet ventilation system directs fresh air into a front inlet and channels it around the comfort foam to outlets at the back. This concept generates a strong internal airflow that avoids the need for visible and unsightly vents; an elegant look is retained without sacrificing coverage and comfort.

The Samshield Miss Shield is also designed to provide a perfect size adjustment and unmatched comfort. A thorough anthropomorphic study led to the inner shell design. It’s offered in three shell sizes (S, M, L), with each shell accommodating 4 to 5 inner foams of different sizes in order to obtain a perfect adjustment to the rider’s head.

Samshield® helmets now come in sizes to best suit riders with round heads and those with oval heads who are between sizes.

If your head size is 6 7/8 (55cm):
For oval head shape, the Small size will probably fit best.
For a round head shape, the Medium size will probably fit best.

If your head size is 7 1/8 or 7 ¼ (58cm):
For an oval head shape, the Medium size will probably fit best.
For a round head shape, the Large size will probably fit best.
