Helite CO2 CARTRIDGE

Helite CO2 cartridges are designed for all of our airbag’s mechanical system. There are 4 sizes to choose from depending on the size of your jacket:

  • • 60cc
  • • 85cc
  • • 100cc

The different sizes of CO2 cartridge allow for proper function and inflation of the chosen size of your Helite airbag vest.

Helite CO2 gas cartridges is easy to replace and simple to use. You can recondition the system yourself in just a few minutes, without any assistance from an authorised person.

In the event of a fall, replace the empty Helite CO2 cartridge with a new one of the same size. The size of the cartridge is in proportion to the size of the Helite airbag. It is important to always use Helite CO2 cartridges with our airbags.

Helite cartridges have a 10 year guarantee and no expiration date. A cartridge is always included with the purchase of an airbag vest. We recommend that you always have an extra cartridge on hand.

All Helite airbags come with a CO2 cartridge designed for your chosen airbag size.

Helite’s CO2 cartridges are designed for all of our airbags mechanical systems.

Be sure to always use Helite CO2 cartridges with your Helite Airbag. 

BE CAREFUL of sellers who offer CO2 cartridges that are supposedly compatible with Helite airbags. These cartridges are dangerous for several reasons:

• Technical compatibility problems (gas volume, screw thread etc.)
• Inferior quality to Helite cartridges (tightness, corrosion, fragility, etc.)
• Loss of CE certification and warranty
• Airbag operation not guaranteed

The size of the cartridge depends on the size of the airbag vest. The size is indicated in the vest where you insert the cartridge as well as on the label of the cartridge, in the user guide and on Heliteus.com.

CAUTION: Only Helite cartridges may be used for Helite airbag vests. Other brands cannot guarantee optimal performance or proper deployment. Helite is not responsible in the case of dysfunction.
